    Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and venues 4-6 weeks prior, finalise schedules, and manage final payments.
    Production Schedule: Create detailed schedules for setup, bump-out, and the wedding day.
    Pre-Wedding Coordination Prep: Zoom calls to finalise speeches and run sheets; final coordination with MC, DJ, and team the week of the wedding.
    Rehearsal & Ceremony: Ceremony rehearsal guidance, on-site junior planner for aisle coordination, and Vicky’s attendance to oversee all design and the details.
    On-the-Day Coordination: Vicky ensures seamless execution through to cake cutting or dance floor opening, with a second coordinator present until reception close.
    Room Reveal: If time permits, a special moment to preview your wedding setup.

What is the booking fee and payment schedule for your services?

There is a $500 booking fee to secure your date in. This amount will be deducted from the total investment.

You then have a choice of monthly, quarterly or full payment options.

Payment can be made via Direct Deposit or Credit Card Payments if you are collecting points to put towards your honeymoon. Please note there is a surcharge for credit card payments.

When should I book your services?

Weddings I usually recommend 12-18 months and events 6-12 months. In saying this our team have produced weddings for over 200 guests with 4 weeks to the wedding date and 1 week for milestone events.

Can you explain your from pricing?

When you invest in a higher budget, it ensures our team can dedicate the time, creativity, and resources your wedding deserves. We're committed to delivering exceptional service, and this commitment is reflected in our pricing.

For weddings exceeding a total spend of $50,000 for Intimate Soirées and $150,000 for The Signature extensive planning, coordination, and design is needed to bring your vision to life. Larger budgets correlate with the additional work, detail and customisation required for an extraordinary wedding.these amounts (excluding attire and rings unless we are part of the process), we apply a production fee of 10% of the total spend. This structure allows us to maintain the quality and attention to detail you expect while providing the high level of service that sets us apart.

What Additional Costs Should I Expect?

Any travel fees outside of Perth City Metro and staffing costs for setup, item transitions and pack-down are additional.

These are quoted after your design and timeline are finalised, as every wedding is unique and requires different staffing needs. For example, a marquee wedding for 250 guests may need 10 staff, while your hotel wedding may only need 4 staff for a 4 hours. We ensure you're informed throughout the design process so there are no surprises.
