Vicky Rahmic Weddings & Events is a luxury wedding planning and design studio based in Perth, Western Australia, specialising in full-service, design-led weddings, destination celebrations, and complex multi-day events. Led by Vicky Rahmic, an Australian Accredited Wedding Planner and Designer, the studio is sought after for calm direction, structured planning, and design that is intentional, edited, balanced, and considered. Established in 2018, Vicky Rahmic Weddings & Events has become one of Western Australia’s most respected wedding planning studios. With a background in administration, logistics and creative coordination, she brings a sense of order to the artistry of event planning. Nicka finds joy in turning plans into reality, supporting each client journey with care, precision and genuine enthusiasm.

Her expertise lies in managing logistics, building the perfect staffing team and creating on-the-day flow that feels effortless for our couples. From supplier coordination to timeline management, Kristy operates with precision, reliability and a steady confidence that creates true peace of mind.
Known for her warm presence and meticulous attention to detail, she is the person couples never realise they need but can’t imagine their day without. Kristy brings clarity, structure and unwavering support to every celebration, ensuring every moving part comes together seamlessly.

Australia's tallest wedding cake?
Yep. We were the ones behind it.
It all started in our initial consultation with Lisa & Christian. We were chatting through food, flow, and design and Christian casually said, “I really love cake.”
Naturally, I looked at him and said…
“Then let’s make it the biggest cake Perth’s ever seen.” Challenge accepted.
Fast forward to their wedding at @crownperth Astral Ballroom: A 2.61 metre tall, multi-tiered masterpiece created by the incredible @sarahvalette_cakeartist and coordinated with military precision by us behind the scenes.
This wasn’t just cake. It was a statement. A moment. A legacy. From logistics and venue approvals, to coordinating with florals, lighting, timing, and engineering it was all hands (and heels) on deck.
