Do you use a Wedding Planning Program?

Yes! We use wedding planning software to manage everything clearly and efficiently. That’s The One lets you access all your details in one place throughout the planning journey.

How far in advance should we book you?

Our couples typically book 9–18 months ahead, though we do accommodate shorter timeframes when possible. We recommend getting in touch as soon as you’re ready to secure your date, we only take on a limited number of weddings each season to ensure a fully personalised experience.

What is the difference between full planning and design & styling?

Full planning is a concierge-style service covering every aspect from budget creation and vendor booking to day-of coordination and styling.

Design & Styling focuses exclusively on the aesthetic we design the ceremony and reception, create the floor plans, curate the visual details, and bring it all to life, while you manage the logistics.

Do you plan destination weddings?

Yes, we plan and design weddings throughout Australia and internationally, with a specialty in Europe and Dubai and luxe domestic locations like Hamilton Island. As a licensed travel agent, we also coordinate guest travel, accommodation, and honeymoon planning in-house.

Do you charge travel fees for destination weddings?

Yes, for weddings and events held outside of Perth, a travel fee is applied to cover flights, accommodation, transport, and any necessary on-ground logistics.

As a licensed travel agent, we keep these costs streamlined and fully transparent at no extra charge to you, you’ll receive a detailed travel quote based on the location, time of year, and team required. For destination weddings (domestic or international), travel fees are discussed upfront and included in your initial proposal.

The bonus? You don’t have to coordinate multiple travel elements, we handle our own, plus any guest or honeymoon bookings if needed.

Can you help us if we’ve already booked some vendors?

Absolutely. We offer a Wedding Coordination package designed for couples who’ve already started planning but want professional guidance, timeline management, and on-the-day execution. It’s your wedding, with our expertise behind the scenes.

Do you only work with your preferred vendors?

We have an incredible network of trusted professionals, but you’re never locked in. If you already have a vendor in mind, we’re happy to review, liaise and integrate them into your planning process (subject to quality checks and availability).

Can you plan a wedding in under 2 months?

Absolutely, we’ve pulled off luxury weddings in as little as 4-8 weeks with the right team and decisive couple. It’s fast, focused, and entirely possible when you have experts on your side.
