For Weddings, Events and Elevated Guest Experiences
La Privée is designed for events where the expectation is exceptional.
This service is suited to clients who want a high level of planning, design, hospitality and concierge-style management across every layer of the event.
This may include luxury weddings, private dinners, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, proposal celebrations, engagement weekends, family gatherings, VIP client events, brand experiences, private retreats, destination celebrations and luxury weekends away.
Every detail is considered, from how guests arrive to how they are welcomed, seated, served, entertained, transported and looked after throughout the experience.
Concierge Management
La Privée is built around a higher level of service.
Our concierge management goes beyond traditional event coordination. Depending on the experience, this may include supplier management, property readiness, guest arrival flow, food and beverage service oversight, entertainment timing, styling checks, guest comfort, steaming and presentation details, private chef liaison, transport coordination, guest travel, daily schedule management and end-of-night support.
For evening events, concierge support can be arranged until midnight or until the guest experience is complete.
The purpose is simple: you should be able to host, celebrate and be present without managing logistics, suppliers, service timing or behind-the-scenes decisions.
The Investment
La Privée is designed for clients seeking an elevated private experience with a high level of service, detail and personalisation. Experiences are generally suited to events with a guest experience investment from $2,000 per person AUD.
As each experience is privately designed, the total investment will depend on the guest number, location, travel requirements, dining experience, styling, entertainment, concierge support and level of service required.
