Steph and Michael came to me with a vision that was deeply personal to them a wedding that honoured their Italian heritage, their families, and the romantic, timeless feeling of saying I do in Italy. They had originally dreamed of marrying overseas, surrounded by rolling hills and historic stone walls, but with many loved ones unable to travel, they made the beautiful decision to bring Italy to Perth instead.
From the very beginning, our planning centred around one intention: create an authentic Italian atmosphere from ceremony to reception, without ever leaving home.
UWA became the perfect setting its heritage architecture, arches, soft stone textures and European-inspired grounds provided the backdrop for everything we created.

THE CEREMONY OLD WORLD ROMANCE IN PERTH
Steph and Michael’s ceremony was designed to feel classic, elegant and rich with emotion. Guests were welcomed into a space styled with soft florals, layered textures and a palette that echoed the warmth of Italian summer weddings. The timeless architecture of UWA framed every detail and brought that European feeling they wanted so deeply.
Nothing felt rushed. Nothing felt overdone.

COCKTAIL HOUR — AN ITALIAN GARDEN PARTY
As their guests moved into cocktail hour, the atmosphere shifted into something joyful, warm and unmistakably Italian.

We styled cocktail hour like a garden celebration you’d find in Tuscany relaxed, luxurious and filled with movement. Every guest felt taken care of, completely immersed in the experience.
THE RECEPTION — A TRUE ITALIAN FESTA
Steph and Michael wanted a reception that felt indulgent, heartfelt and full of life. So we created a space that celebrated their heritage and love story with intention.

The result was a reception that felt like dining in an Italian courtyard intimate, atmospheric and overflowing with warmth. The energy was electric and deeply personal, capturing everything they hoped this day would be.
THE EXPERIENCE — ITALY, REIMAGINED IN PERTH
This wedding was so much more than styling. It was about creating an experience that honoured Steph and Michael’s culture, their families and the memories they wanted to give their guests. We oversaw every element design, planning, vendor coordination, timing, logistics and flow so they could simply be present, enjoy their time with their loved ones and take in every moment.
Their dream was to celebrate in Italy…
and in the end, Italy came to them.
