    We lead your design suppliers and protect the integrity of the visual story from planning through to delivery.

  • Planning Structure & Final-Stage Takeover

    As the wedding approaches, we step fully into the management of the event. We review what’s been booked, identify gaps, confirm logistics and take control of supplier coordination so nothing is unresolved or assumed.

    From this point forward, leadership sits with our team.

  • On-the-Day Management

    In the final stages and on the wedding day itself, we assume full responsibility for the management of the celebration. Supplier coordination, timing, transitions and guest flow are handled by us so you can be fully present.
